Cheek Augmentation
Cheek augmentation is a very suitable treatment for patients of all ages.
There are two main outcomes in which cheek enhancement can work:
“Mini face-lift”
Cheek augmentation can replace midfacial volume loss which is often described by older patients as thinning and sagging of the cheeks. Loss of structure in the cheek bones (often caused by bone reabsorption) can cause lower facial jowling and lines and winkles. By replacing the lost mid facial fat in older patients with high density dermal filler, the cheeks are lifted as well as structures below (such as lower face jowls and nasolabial lines and marionette lines) Thus, giving a "mini face lift" appearance without invasive surgery.
Cheek contouring
Augmenting and enhancing the cheekbones with high density dermal filler can create sharper more defined contoured cheeks, and more noticeable cheekbones, giving a more youthful and attractive appearance.
Typical areas of concern that Cheek Fillers can address:
Flat or contour less cheeks.
Enhances high arched cheekbone look
Midfacial volume loss correction and lifting and reducing jowls
